Refund policy

Shop with confidence: We have a 30-night satisfaction guaranteed return policy on all products (excluding gift cards), which means you have 30 nights after receiving your item to request a return. Terms and conditions apply.

You can also rest assured that we donate lightly used pillows to charity so that used items never re-enter our circulated inventory when purchasing from our site. All items purchased directly from this site are new.

You must complete the return process before a purchase is refunded. Email us at hello@saybrooksleep.com to start your return. To be eligible for a return, the following requirements must be met:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 nights of delivery.
  • To start a return, contact us at hello@saybrooksleep.com with your order number and the email address you used to place the order.
  • Returns completed without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Do not perform any return steps without contacting us first.
  • In some cases and at our discretion, we may require that a return is completed through either a local drop-off or proof of destruction. In other cases, we may require a return shipment. When a return shipment is required, we will provide a free return shipping label.
  • Return shipments must be shipped within 14 days of the return request. Local drop-offs or proof of destruction must be completed with documentation (e.g., donation receipt when a local donation is the return option) within 14 days of the return request. Any returns initiated, requested, or performed outside the timeframes outlined here are not eligible for a refund.
  • Any amount paid for expedited shipping is non-refundable.
  • Any refund is limited only to the original purchase price of the product and any applicable sales tax on the product purchase collected at the time of sale. We are not responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damage from use of our products.
  • Returns are limited to one order per customer and a maximum of two items per product. Orders with more than two pillows will only be eligible for a refund on up to two pillows. Orders with more than two silk pillowcases will only be eligible for a refund on up to two silk pillowcases.
  • Discount codes and bundle savings that require the purchase of multiple products are invalidated by partial returns. As a result, after a partial return, the net payment from the customer will be the regular price for any items not returned.
  • We can only provide the refund to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to the payment method, you’ll have to contact the bank or financial institution for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.
  • Guarantee is valid for the original purchaser only. Resales are not covered. Reselling voids the satisfaction guarantee.
  • Gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect abuse or fraud (e.g., order shipped to the same address as a previous order that was refunded or with the same email address or credit card).
