We provide satisfaction-guaranteed full refunds on product purchases (excluding gift cards) made directly on this site, subject to the following conditions:
- Refunds must be requested within 30 nights of the delivery date via the process below. For orders between November 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022, the return window will be extended to January 31, 2023.
- We’ll provide a pre-paid return label. Returns must be received before refunds are processed. In some cases and at our discretion, we may require a drop-off at a local location up to 15 miles from the delivery address or proof of destruction instead of providing a return label.
- You must provide the order ID and email associated with the order.
- Returns must be shipped within 14 days of the return request. Local drop-offs must be completed with confirmation within 14 days of the return request.
- Guarantee is valid for the original purchaser only. Resales are not covered. Reselling voids the satisfaction guarantee.
- Any expedited shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund amount applies only to the original purchase price of the product and any applicable sales tax on the product purchase collected at the time of sale.
- Refunds typically take 5 - 10 business days to process once the return is received, but in rare cases they may take longer. We are not responsible for any interest incurred while waiting for a refund.
- We can only provide the refund to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to the payment method, you’ll have to contact the bank or financial institution for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.
- Refunds are limited to one order per customer AND up to two items per unique product. We suggest that initial orders are limited to a quantity of two per item so that you can determine if the product is right for you. Orders of more than two pillows are only eligible for a refund on a quantity of two pillows.
- We donate lightly used pillows to charity. Used items never re-enter our circulated inventory when purchasing from our site, so all items purchased directly from this site are new.
- If an order uses a discount code or bundle deal that requires purchasing multiple products, partial returns will invalidate the discount so that customers will end up paying full price on any products they keep.
- Gift card sales are final and are not refundable.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect intent to abuse the system (e.g., order shipped to the same address as a previous order that was refunded or with the same email address or credit card).
