Shipping policy

Standard shipping is free within the contiguous United States, so you can shop with confidence.

We do our best to ensure the order reaches you expediently.

  • We typically process orders the same day if placed before 1pm ET on a business day. In times of extreme volume, it may take longer to fulfill orders.
  • Same business day refers to the following Monday if the order is placed on the weekend or after 1pm on Friday or on a non-working holiday. Similarly, next business day refers to Tuesday for orders from that time period.
  • For Mondays that fall on a holiday, the next full business day takes its place, and so on.
  • Fulfillment timelines are not guarantees, but it is very rare for the fulfillment times to deviate from what is stated.
  • Orders with standard shipping will be shipped with UPS Ground Shipping, FedEx Home Delivery or USPS Parcel Select. These shipping services typically take 1 - 7 business days to arrive.
  • The carrier does not guarantee these times, and we are not responsible for carrier delays, including but not limited to delays due to weather, carrier issues, distribution center closings, or acts of God. Shipping times are not guarantees.
  • We are unable to cancel an order or make any modifications to an order, including any shipping address changes, if more than an hour has passed since the order has been placed. Please work with the carrier to reroute your package if an incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout.
  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

We are not responsible for lost or missing packages. Please take the following steps in case of a lost package:

  1. Check with your neighbors and household members to see if they received your package for you. The package is vacuum-packed for shipment, so it may be smaller than expected.
  2. Verify your address on the order is correct. If you entered an incorrect or previous address, it is your responsibility to retrieve the package at the address on the order. We do not re-ship packages when an incorrect address is entered on the order.
  3. If no one has received the package, and your address is correct, file a claim with the carrier responsible for the package. Once you have a claim number, contact us for next steps.
